TEF and UNDP to Empower 100,000 Additional Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs almost gave up some innovative idea when the TEF 2019 list was out and they didn’t qualify for the $5000. Were you one of them?

You’ve got another chance!

Earlier this year Tony Elumelu Foundation directly funded 1,000 entrepreneurs and an additional 2,050 beneficiaries supported by Foundation’s partners.

One major challenge to almost everyone looking into entrepreneurship as a career is usually funding. Common questions are, “how do I raise the capital to set my business on flight?” “Where do I get funds from?” and lots more.

Quite a number of young Africans even with the lack of enabling environment are able to harness innovative ideas. Good gracious, there’s TEF to help fund those ideas, mentor the entrepreneurs and ensure the startups are succeeding!

Here’s the goodnews!

The Tony Elumelu Foundation is pleased to announce the partnership between the Tony Elumelu Foundation and UNDP to empower 100,000 additional entrepreneurs in 7 Sahel African countries over a 10-year period.

This is in addition to the 10,000 African entrepreneurs that the Foundation is already committed to.

So if you missed out in the $5000 grant earlier this year, here’s another opportunity!
