Attend The Most Impacting International Youth Day!

The International Youth Day is a Day designed by the UN to celebrate young people in every part of the world.
This event is also used to draw attention to cultural and legal issues pertaining the youths.
The theme for this year’s celebration “Transforming Education” highlights the efforts to make education more relevant, equitable and inclusive for all youths and the role of young people in making this happen.
Rooted in Goal 4 of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development – to “ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all”
International Youth Day 2019 will examine how Governments, young people, youth-led and youth-focused organizations, as well as other stakeholders, are transforming education and how these efforts are contributing to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Education should lead to effective learning outcomes, with the content of school curricula and pedagogy being fit for purpose, not only for the 4th industrial revolution and the future of work and life, but also for the opportunities and challenges that rapidly changing social contexts bring.
In Abia State, Nigeria, Vision Alive Foundation has the mandate of nurturing and creating platforms for young people to become a generation of disruptive leaders, motivating and providing platforms for them to maximize their full potentials and lead purpose driven lives.
The Vision Alive Foundation has since 2015 commemorated the UN International Youth Day with a conference that has hosted over 2000 young Nigerians and had Speakers like Senator Ben Murray, Prof Pat Utomi and their likes.
This year, on the 17th of August, 2019, Vision Alive Foundation will be bringing yet another edition of the International Youth Day to the city of Aba, in Abia State, Nigeria at the Hotel du Golf.
